In an update published on the U.S. Department of State’s website, the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) provided two new guidance resources detailing recent changes to their registration fee structure.

The first new guidance covers how to register with the Defense Export Control and Compliance System (DECCS) and provides examples of required supporting documentation.

The second guidance reviews the tiered fee system, how to determine the appropriate tier for your registration, and procedures for managing lapsed registration payments.
