On August 16, 2023, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #57354841, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance on known problems with the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Reporting Entry Summary data universe. The guidance addresses issues with the length of time for data to be returned, “unresolvable objects” errors, and inaccurate data.
