U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) maintains websites that provide links to many resources and programs related to forced labor prevention in U.S. imports.

CBP’s Forced Labor page, which can be accessed online here, includes information on the following subjects:

  • Withhold Release Orders and Findings;
  • The Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA); and
  • Forced labor indicators.

CBP holds forced labor webinars, as well as the Forced Labor Technical Expo, where they host industry experts who also provide resources. Recordings from the 2023 Forced Labor Technical Expo are here. Event details, including the agenda and speaker bios, can be found here.

More information on forced labor can be found on our website here.
