MTB Set to Expire on December 31, 2020

On December 28, 2020, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published a notice via its Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) regarding the expiration of duty suspensions and reductions pursuant to the Miscellaneous Tariff Bill Act of 2018 (MTB).

According to the notice, the duty suspensions or reductions on 1,660 products will expire on December 31, 2020.
