On January 5, 2023, the U.S. Census Bureau (Census) uploaded a new Schedule B book and search engine; the Schedule B book indicates an effective date of January 1, 2023.
In addition, Census has updated its lists of Schedule B and HTS codes intended for use in the Automated Export System (AES), as well as a list of HTS codes not valid for use in AES.
