On January 6, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) updated the dataset for their Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Statistics Dashboard. This interactive dashboard includes data on how many shipments have been targeted under UFLPA, the total value of those shipments, a breakdown of the industries involved, and the shipment value by country of origin.

CBP has also provided a document called “The Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Action (UFLPA) Data Dictionary” which is intended to be used as a guide on how best to use the UFPLA Statistics Dashboard. This document also goes into detail on how the data was gathered, clarification on data elements used, and a review of common questions.
