CBP Offering Webinars on Reporting Suspected Trade Violations

In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on January 25, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced a trio of webinars on how to report suspected trade violations. The three free webinars will be held on the Webex platform from March 12-14, 2024, and will have separate registration and sign-in links.

The topics and dates for each of the webinars are as follows:

  • Trade Violation Reporting (TVR) – March 12, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. ET.
  • Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) Overview and How to File an EAPA Allegation – March 13, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. ET.
  • EAPA for Small Businesses – March 14, 2024, 3:00 p.m. ET.
