CBP Announces Next Quarterly COAC Meeting

In a Federal Register Notice (FRN) published on February 16, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that the Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC) will gather for its next quarterly meeting on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, in Charleston, SC.

In the FRN, CBP provided an agenda and confirmed that the meeting will feature updates from several subcommittees that will cover topics that include, but are not limited to, Antidumping/Countervailing Duty (AD/CVD) and United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) Chapter 7.

This meeting will be open to the public with both in-person and webinar options. Registration is not required for webinar access, as the link for the meeting will be made public by 5 p.m. EST on March 5, 2024.
