ACE Portal Adds In-Bond Reports for Filers

On October 31, 2018, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced in Cargo Services Messaging Service (CSMS) #18-000647, the replacement of the MMM-6009 In-Bond Details report in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) portal with two new in-bond reports, the MNFST-001 In-Bond Details, and the MNFST-003 Carrier IRS Details.

In effect, the MNFST-001 In-Bond Details report will replace the MMM-6009 In-Bond Details report and will work in the same manner, while the Carrier IRS Details report will use the carrier’s IRS number to search for the data instead of their SCAC code. The carrier must link their IRS number to their ACE portal account in order to utilize the new Carrier IRS Details report.

The reports were made available on Friday, November 2, 2018.
