USTR Seeks Comments on Section 301 List 4A Exclusion Extensions

On July 17, 2020, in Federal Register Notice 85 FR 43639, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) requested comments on the possible extension of Section 301 List 4A Round 6 exclusions.

These exclusions are currently scheduled to expire on September 1, 2020.  Comments will be accepted through August 14, 2020.  USTR will evaluate each exclusion on a case-by-case basis before determining whether to extend it for up to 12 months.
