USTR Extends Section 301 Exclusions

On September 6, 2023, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) issued a notice extending the Section 301 exclusions under 9903.88.67 and the COVID-19 related Section 301 exclusions under 9903.88.68. These exclusions were set to expire on September 30, 2023, and they are extended through December 31, 2023.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection will issue entry guidance and implementation details.
