USTR Announces COVID-19 Section 301 Exclusion Extensions

On November 23, 2022, in a notice, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced the extensions of 81 Section 301 medical product exclusions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The exclusions were set to expire on November 30, 2022, but they will now be valid through February 28, 2023.
