USTR Announces Continuation of Section 301 China Trade Remedies

On September 8, 2022, in a Federal Register Notice, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced the conclusion of the reviews of the Section 301 trade remedies on certain products from China. Based on the feedback received in the reviews, USTR concluded that domestic industries benefit from the trade actions, and these trade remedies will remain in effect subject to future modifications and reviews.
