Starting on October 6, 2017, the Bureau of the Census is seeking public comments to review the requirements regarding routed export transactions.

The Census Bureau has requested “comments regarding the definition of a routed export transaction as well as the responsibilities of parties in routed export transactions.” The Census Bureau has suggested ten questions on which it is requesting comments and will accept other feedback not covered by those questions. Written comments must be received by the Census Bureau no later than December 5, 2017.
