Partial Ukraine-GSP Suspension – Effective April 26, 2018

On May 3, 2018, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced goods of Ukraine origin have had their Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) eligibility suspended. Any articles of Ukraine origin listed in Annex III of the Presidential Proclamation 9687 from December 27, 2017, and entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after April 26, 2018 will not be eligible for GSP benefits. Please refer to the Federal Register notice link for specific articles listed in Annex III.
