On March 3, 2016 the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) released on their website, a list of updated Affirmation of Compliance (AOC) codes for use in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Cargo Release.
The list of AOCs also includes a description of each code and an example of the format that should be used. The FDA’s Supplemental Guide should be referenced when determining if an AOC needs to be provided.
