Mexico Publishes Countervailing Duty Administrative Review Results on Epoxidized Soybean Oil Originating in the US

On July 26, 2021, in the Diario Oficial, Mexico’s Ministry of Economy published the conclusion of the administrative review examining the validity of the countervailing duty imposed on epoxidized soybean oil originating in the United States of America (US). This resulted in the confirmation of the previously imposed countervailing duty rate of 62.45%, and it applies to goods classified in statistical breakout 1518.00.02. The duties are also extended five years from July 30, 2020. The resolution entered into force the day following publication.
