As previously announced in the Diario Oficial published on August 28, 2020, the January-June period to apply for the creation and modifications to commercial identification numbers (NICOs) will end on June 30, 2021. The notice contains the methodology for the creation and modifications to the NICOs. It establishes the process for governmental entities and the public to request these creations and modification of the NICOs. The second evaluation period will begin in September, and applications received during January-June will be considered at that time.
