Mexico Eliminates Countervailing Duty on Coaxial Cables Originating in China

On August 11, 2022, in the Diario Oficial, Mexico’s Ministry of Economy published a notice eliminating the countervailing duty imposed on imports of coaxial cables classified in statistical breakouts 8544.20.01, 8544.20.02, and 8544.20.99, originating in China. The countervailing duty was for $4.32 USD per kilogram. This notice entered into force on August 12, 2022.
