Mexico Eliminates Countervailing Duties on Chinese Blenders

On April 6, 2021, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico concluded the administrative review examining the validity of the countervailing duties imposed on imports of blenders for domestic purposes or commercial use of Chinese origin, regardless of the country of export.

It was determined to eliminate the countervailing duties of $12.88 and $18.64 USD per piece.

The merchandise subject to the resolution includes goods classified under HTS Code 8509.40.99.
