Lacey Act Phase VII Implementation Webinar Announced

In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on September 17, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Office of Trade and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced an upcoming webinar for Phase VII of the implementation of the Lacey Act.

This webinar will provide an overview of the Lacey Act, describe the amendments it received in 2008, and will review the newest updates on Phase VII of the Import Declaration Implementation Schedule.

This webinar is scheduled for October 30, 2024, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. ET, and entry to the webinar is on a first-come, first-served basis
