The International Trade Commission (ITC) and the International Trade Administration (ITA) maintain websites that provide links to many resources and programs related to anti-dumping duty (ADD) and countervailing duty (CVD) issues for U.S. imports.

The ITC website's "Import Injury Investigations" page, which can be accessed online here, includes information on the following ADD/CVD subjects:

  • Anti-dumping and Countervailing Petitions and Orders;
  • Five-Year (Sunset) Reviews; and
  • Global and special safeguard investigations.

The ITC web site also offers extensive pages related to ITC publications, investigations, and dockets.

Links to ADD/CVD subjects that are listed on the ITA web page's ADD/CVD section, which can be found here, include:

  • Anti-dumping Procedures;
  • Scope Definitions;
  • Federal Register Notices; and
  • Recent Case Announcements.

The ITA web page also includes links to requests for public comment on ADD and CVD cases, as well as updates to those proceedings.
