Germany Amends Dual-use & Military Export List

On October 29, 2020, Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy published the 16th regulation amending the Foreign Trade Ordinance (in German). This regulation makes amendments to Germany’s dual-use and military export list. Those changes are listed in a document that gives an overview of the changes compared to the last edition.

The Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control is the agency responsible for implementing and enforcing Germany’s export control policy.
