In an update published on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website on February 12, 2025, the FDA provided a new version of its “Information for Successfully Filing Entries of Electronic Nicotine Delivery System (ENDS) Products” document.

This document is a guidance document for importers of products that meet the definition of a tobacco product and reviews the FDA’s data requirements to help avoid delay of an admissibility determination of ENDS products.
