On November 2, 2021, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #49963220, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that due to the low volume of calls, the FDA Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Support phone numbers will be discontinued in January 2022. The FDA ACE Support team can be reached via email at ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov from 8:00am-8:00pm ET.
