FAS Announces Fee for Dairy Import Licenses for 2022 Quota Year

On September 8, 2021, in a Federal Register Notice, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) announced that the fee for a dairy import license for the 2022 tariff-rate quota (TRQ) year is $324. The license authorizes the importation of specified quantities and types of certain dairy articles that are subject to a tariff-rate quota. The licenses will apply for the 2022 calendar year.
