DHS Announces Latest Additions to UFLPA Entity List

In a press release published on January 14, 2025, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the addition of 37 entities to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List.

These 37 entities represent the single largest expansion of the UFLPA Entity List and bring the total number of entities to 144. The additions include mineral, energy, and textile companies linked to forced labor practices in the People’s Republic of China.

Goods from these entities will be prohibited from entering the United States as of January 15, 2025.
