DHS Adds Two Entities to UFLPA Entity List

In a press release published on October 2, 2024, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced two entities based in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) would be added to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List.

These additions bring the total number of entities on the UFLPA Entity List to 75.

Goods from these two entities will be prohibited from entering the United States on or after October 3, 2024.
