Department of Commerce Issues Preliminary Determination on Solar Cells from China

On January 10, 2018, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) issued a preliminary determination that imports from certain producers and exporters of solar cells from China may be subject to countervailing duties. There are currently forty-four non-selected companies under review.

Commerce intends to issue the results of this review within 120 days unless the deadline is extended.
