Customs Broker Triennial Status Report and Fee Submission Begins December 15, 2020

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that the submission period for the 2021 Customs Broker Triennial Status Report and the fee for licensed customs brokers opens December 15, 2020.

All licensed brokers are required to file a status report with CBP and pay a processing fee every three years. CBP is allowing electronic report submission and payment via their new site: e.cbp.dhs.gov. The deadline to submit the 2021 Triennial Status Report and fee is February 28, 2021.
