Commerce Announces Webinar on Administration of AD/CVD Regulations

On April 21, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued a bulletin via its Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) announcing a webinar hosted by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) on "Regulations Enhancing the Administration of the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Trade Remedy Laws." 

According to the CSMS, subject matter experts will be on hand to discuss the new regulations, which became effective in January of 2025. Questions can be submitted in advance upon registration.

The webinar is scheduled for April 24, 2025, at 10:00 am EDT.
