The Census Bureau’s Trade Regulations Branch (TRB) announced the implementation of a fillable Export Voluntary Self-Disclosure (VSD) form.

The Census Bureau has been piloting this fillable form since August 2024 and the agency has implemented feedback received from the trade into this release version. The new form is designed to collect the required data elements and allow companies to submit this information in a uniform format.

The VSD form is being implemented by the TRB as of March 3, 2025.
