On May 5, 2021, Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) issued a new notice of preliminary determinations for upholstered domestic seating with a country of origin or place of export of China or Vietnam. The provisional anti-dumping and countervailing duties apply for shipments released on or after May 5, 2021.
The merchandise subject to these determinations includes goods imported under the following tariff classification numbers:
- 9401.40.00.00
- 9401.61.10.10
- 9401.61.10.90
- 9401.71.10.10
- 9401.71.10.90
