CBP Will No Longer Offer Blanket Flagging for Reconciliation

On February 24, 2018, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will no longer offer blanket flagging of underlying entries for reconciliation according to Cargo System Messaging Service (CSMS) #18-000139.

CBP indicates that the Trade will need to flag each entry manually “…or configure their software to perform blanket flagging.”
