CBP to Host Webinar on Marking of Prescription Medications

On October 25, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced via its Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) a webinar on country of origin marking requirements for prescription medication. 

The webinar, hosted by CBP's Pharmaceuticals, Health and Chemicals Center of Excellence, will provide guidance on and discussion about a "recent decision that requires country of origin marking for prescription medication for retail sale in the United States." 

The webinar is free to attend and will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
