CBP Rolls Out Forced Labor Allegation Portal

In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on June 20, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the deployment of the Forced Labor Allegation Portal.

This new portal should allow CBP to “streamline data transfer, coordination, and review between CBP’s Forced Labor Division (FLD), Office of Field Operations (OFO), and Centers of Excellence and Expertise (CEE).”

Webinars will be provided to the public on how to use the Forced Labor Allegation Portal on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, July 1, 2025, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time;
  • Tuesday, July 8, 2025, 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time; and
  • Tuesday, July 22, 2025, 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

The Forced Labor Allegation Portal went live on the day of publication.
