CBP Revises Quota Limits for Argentinian Aluminum

On October 18, 2019, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) ) issued Cargo System Messaging Service (CSMS) #40299553 revising the absolute quota limits on aluminum products from Argentina for the fourth quarter of 2019.

The absolute quota announced on May 31, 2018 under Section 232 affects products of Argentina falling under various headings in Chapter 76 with associated subheadings 9903.85.05 and 9903.85.06 of the tariff schedule.
