CBP Reminds Trade of Upcoming e214 Validations

In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on December 9, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) notifying the trade community of forthcoming validations for the FIRMS code, zone ID, and port of entry data submitted in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) in Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Admission transactions.

Parties who have ACE portal accounts with FTZ Operator access can verify the FIRMS code, zone ID, and port of entry data associated with the FTZ sites they operate.

These validations will be enforced in the ACE production environment beginning on December 11, 2025.
