CBP Releases Information on the Craft Beverage Modernization and Tax Reform Act of 2017

On June 1, 2018, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released additional information regarding the Craft Beverage Modernization Provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.

The act “amends the Internal Revenue Code with respect to the tax treatment of certain imported and domestically produced alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine and distilled spirits.”
