CBP Releases 2020 Tuna Quota Entries

On January 13, 2020, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #41281921, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that all 2020 tuna entries presented for the January 1st opening period have been released.  After receiving the final quota limit, which is anticipated in late spring from the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), CBP will issue proration and liquidation instructions.
