CBP Publishes Forced Labor Guidance Documents

On May 16, 2023, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published two forced labor guidance documents. One document is a guide outlining the information needed for CBP to review allegations of forced labor. The second document outlines the process for submitting supporting documents for forced labor allegation petitions and Withhold Release Order (WRO) and Finding modification requests.
