CBP Publishes CTPAT Trade Compliance Program FAQs

On April 25, 2023, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) Trade Compliance Program Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). The CTPAT Trade Compliance Program “is a voluntary program that provides the opportunity for importers who have made a commitment of resources to assume responsibility for monitoring their own compliance in exchange for benefits.” The FAQs documents includes information about eligibility, the application process, membership, and benefits.
