CBP Publishes CBMA Assignment Certification Form

On November 6, 2018, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published the Craft Beverage Modernization Act (CBMA) Assignment Certification form for use by importers as part of the required documents used to certify a CBMA claim.

The CBMA Assignment Certification must be submitted to the Document Image System by the importer or filer.
