On July 8, 2022, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #52417905, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) provided an updated list of resources to assist the trade community with the trade remedies under Section 201, 232, and 301.
Inquiries submitted via the Trade Remedy website can assist with:
- Entry filing requirements for goods subject to the trade remedies; and
- Entry filing requirements for goods approved for exclusions to the trade remedies.
The CSMS directs the trade to other resources for entry filing problems, entry-specific questions, exclusion applicability, quota, free trade agreements, and Section 232 exclusion request denials.
