CBP Opens Registration for 2020 Trade Symposium

On January 9, 2020, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #41241987, U.S. Customs and Border Protection opened registration for the 2020 Trade Symposium to be held in March in Anaheim, California.

Several topics will be discussed, including:

  • International trade organizations;
  • Interagency collaboration;
  • U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).

Additionally, there will be breakout sessions on topics such as forced labor, e-commerce, and process modernization.  One on one sessions will be available with representatives from the Centers of Excellence and Expertise and “speed chat” sessions will be offered with multiple partner government agencies.  There will also be a workshop on binding rulings.
