On October 18, 2018, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced in Cargo System Messaging Service (CSMS) the opening of the 2018 Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Customer Satisfaction Survey.
CBP invites, “…all importers, brokers, carriers and other trade community users of ACE…” to take part in the survey to help identify areas where improvements are needed.
The survey is open until November 9, 2018.
