CBP Offering Webinars on Reporting Suspected Trade Violations

In an update published to the Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) website on August 23, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced a pair of webinars on how to report suspected trade violations. The two free webinars will be held on the Webex platform from September 11-12, 2024, and will have separate registrations.

The topics and dates for each of the webinars are as follows:

  • EAPA Overview and How to File an EAPA Allegation – September 11, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. ET.
  • EAPA for Small Businesses – September 12, 2024, 1:30 p.m. ET.
