CBP Modifies Withhold Release Order on Garment Imports from Natchi Apparel (P) Ltd.

On September 7, 2022, in a press release, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the modification of a Withhold Release Order (WRO) on imports of garments from India. Specifically, imports produced by Natchi Apparel (P) Ltd. are admissible at US ports effective immediately. The WRO was originally issued in July 2022 for forced labor concerns.
