CBP Modifies Top Glove Forced Labor Finding

On September 9, 2021, in a press release, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that the forced labor finding on Top Glove Corporation Bhd has been modified to allow “the importation of disposable gloves made at Top Glove facilities in Malaysia.”

According to the press release, this modification is a result of evidence provided by Top Glove that addresses all identified indicators of forced labor at these facilities. It applies to shipments effective September 10, 2021.
