CBP Issues WRO on Garments, Textiles, and Apparel

On November 18, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued a press release announcing a Withhold Release Order (WRO) for Firemount Group Ltd. (Firemount) of Mauritius. 

According to the press release, CBP will detain "garments, apparel, and textiles" that are manufactured in Mauritius by Firemount. 

The WRO was issued due to forced labor concerns, and is effective "immediately".
